Custom Made Products :
-Custom made products are Non-Refundable. In case, the client does not like the product, the client agrees to forego the 40% deposit and the client will pay the to-fro charges from the warehouse.

For fountains, we DO-NOT provide any inner lining or pump. The client is responsible for all installation charges.
Natural Stone Products :
-Stone is natural. and they are going to be variation in it, In adition sandstone is very brittle and there might be small breakages at the edges. which is due to the nature of sandstone and the company will not be accepting the products back in above cases.
-If the product is found to be faulty, then it will be our discretion wheather to provide a refund, replace or to give discount on the products.
